A payment reminder is a less pleasant but sometimes unavoidable element of business life, which becomes necessary when an invoice or debt is not paid on time. However, this does not mean that you should immediately take legal action - a polite warning is a good first step, as it may be a simple case of unintentional default.
A payment notice is a signal to warn the debtor to pay the debt without fear of legal consequences. It should be used when there is a legitimate claim and other solutions, such as telephone conciliation or clarification of the situation, have not been successful. Legal action is only justified if there is no response to the demand and the debt still exists.
No incomprehensible jargon, no legal mazes
In Hungary, nearly half a million people a year choose to settle their claims through legal debt management
This is how many people have trusted Payee's receivables management platform so far, including small, medium and large companies
On average, this is how long it takes for a payment notice to be sent on our platform.
