What should you do if you receive a notice?

What is Payee?

Payee is a digital receivables management company, backed by a professional team of lawyers, lawyers and IT specialists. We offer debtors a convenient and simple way to pay their debts.

Why did Payee call me?

Our clients' claims are handled by Payee, so we communicate on their behalf at certain stages of the recovery process. The legal background to this can be found here.

Avoid legal action

We'll do our best to make sure you don't get to the legal stage, as it will mean extra burdens for you. Make sure you settle your legitimate debts before the deadline.

Fast customer service

If you have any questions, either about the claim itself or about how to make a payment, you can ask for help via our contact details.

Help for a debt-free life

We communicate clearly and respect that finance is deeply personal. We inform you of your options and promote dialogue with our client.

I received a notification from Payee. What should I do?

We have contacted you because the company named in the notice has an unpaid claim against you. Use the payment options to settle the debt or contact us to complete our claims process. If you do not recognise the claim, dispute its validity or have already paid it, please be sure to contact us. Ignoring the notice will not resolve the problem. At Payee, we make every effort to ensure that debtors are given reasonable, fair notice and options for paying what they owe.

I have already paid the debt I was notified about.

Please contact us using our contact details if you have paid the debt since or before our notification. Our customer may not have notified us of the payment. If you receive a notification a few days after the payment, please send us proof of payment (for example, a bank transfer slip).
